This cable is suitable for residential buildings, kitchens, lighting service halls or portable lighting instruments. Thanks to their special insulation and sheathing compounds, these cables are adapted for kitchens and heating, where they are used in areas with higher temperatures, such as lighting systems, without contact with heated parts and radiation. It is not suitable for outdoor use and cannot be used in industrial and agricultural buildings or in non-household portable tools. The 309Y is equivalent to the EC standard H05V2V2-F.
