(BS 6360 Cl-5/IEC 60228 Cl-5) ARCTIC Low Temperature Resistant Cable (BS 6500)

This cable is designed to withstand severe external temperatures, with a low temperature resistant PVC insulation sheath in accordance with BS 6500, which retains its flexibility when the temperature drops to -20°C. It is therefore particularly suitable for outdoor applications and for use in environments where temperatures are below zero. Therefore particularly suitable for outdoor applications as well as applications in sub-zero temperatures, the smaller gauge cable is very limp and flexible, offering some of the characteristics normally found in elastomeric cables. At room temperature this cable is very flexible and has some of the characteristics of a rubber cable.
